The open-source daemon is licensed AGPL-3.0-only. The WordPress companion plugin is GPL-2.0-or-later. packages/ee/ is commercial. See LICENSING.md and TRADEMARK.md.

You are responsible for the sites Sean writes to. Use sean freeze, review diffs, and keep the 7-day observe window. Sean will not raise the 2 pages/day content cap.

Hosted Cloud, when offered, is billed by Stripe. BYOK is required. We may suspend a tenant that exhausts noisy-neighbour quotas or that stores CMS write credentials in our infrastructure (refused by design).

The software is provided as-is. SEO outcomes are reported with an evidence tier. Causation is only claimed at tier A.
