Fix orphaned pages on a Shopify store

Internal-link Actions go to metafields. Theme writes are refused — Shopify write_themes stays denied.

1. sean connect shopify --api-key shpat_… mystore.myshopify.com
2. Sean lists pages with zero inbound links from the crawl graph.
3. An Action proposes a metafield + a merchant-pasted snippet. Sean never writes the theme.
4. Verify-by-refetch. Revert restores the previous metafield value.
